Most Serious, Most Outspoken

I won 2 awards on the Yesterday. "Most Serious" and "Most Outspoken". Now I can understand the "Most Serious" Award but the "Most Outspoken" ? I rarely talk especially to my boss who nominated me. It must be all the emails I sent to the IT department .
