I guess my Sabbatical/Retirement will go on a little longer .Even though we paid 150 to be part of the Cancryn Pan Jammers for the year. And that was 93 - 95. Due to inflation that would be $226.31 today according to the US Inflation Calculator .  So the 145 isn't much, technically.

Back then we had 2 advantages.

1. We could use fund raising activities to offset our costs
2. We had parents to pay it off .

So today UVI had a little bomb scare with a suitcase being left on the wooden benches since Saturday. Turn out the suitcase was full of clothes. The precaution was taken because the person who it belong to seem to have been out of it and gave conflicting  reasons as why the suitcase was there. Pics of the suitcase are below.

The is the Anna's Retreat basketball courts.  An area that used to be lush with with fruits trees and different types of plants. Now It looks like a waste land with a river running through it. At least they got rid of the horse shit.

Edit to add: The water as of last night has algae growing on it. the Many banana and plum  has been growing for well over a decade
